Hello Soccer Freaks,
The end of the Season is fast approaching. The C-bus is leading the way even with out their Maestro of the Attacking Midfield Schelotto.

And surprise the (G we spent all our money on one or two players and its not working alaxy) are trolling the bottom of the weak west. Attendance is looking to become second or third best in the 13 year history and this in a down economy while having two teams playing in just over 10thousand seat temp stadiums. DC United Doesn't look as solid as they once were however having played with different lineups due to injury in just about every championship MLS and CONcacaf could throw at them, they have managed a piece of hardware this year (Open Cup Glory Baby). There are still issues with the league. The fact that they play on Fifa dates and that some markets are under sold for games (Columbus last night had bye one get one free and it only yeilded a little over ten thousand). The profile of the league needs to be advertised more effectively as well as creating an environment of fierce competition on the field every game. Shorten the season or give more incentive to the regular season by offering cash incentive to the top two teams in a single table format. Then move from that to MLS cup. Many people seam to think of MLS as being in more direct competition with the size of NFL crowds. However the NFL plays a short season and make each game a must see because of the amount of chances one has to go to a game. The combination of single table, incentive, and scheduling should be looked at by the league in this writers opinion. We don't have to do away with the playoffs which is an American aspect of sports.
Well, enough rambling I will post more later. Look for the Netcast show soon. I'm really gearing up for next season but I'm starting now.
Bye for now soccer freaks.
